More rain!

Well as I posted last week, we had alot of rain Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, prolly about 5 inches. Today was a bonus as we had a severe thunder storme and hail, my garden hasent done a thing as far as growing, hay is begging to be cut, but it's way to wet, the Clay is beyond saturated. What an awful start to the summer of 2013!

we had a lot too,I had to dig a ditch around one of the gardens to get it to drauin some,I hope some of the plants dont die from too much water.

Just what we don't need right Larry all this rain last year we had a drought and this year the complete opposite! Now I wonder if it was even worth planting a garden!

It's been that way here also. Today we got lucky. It just started to build up here, sprinkled a couple times. But it really blew up as it went east.

Eastern Iowa.

We have had 3 dry days in a row with 4 more predicted. The hay is down everywhere. Cheer up, this weather should be there soon.
