I bought a 1953 Ford Jubilee or at least i hope so. The emblem is correct but the places where the serial # should be shows nothing. May be worn off. Is there any other way to identify it as a 1953 model? Any help would be appreciated.

Kornfused gave you the best resource I know of, John Smith's site.
The URL he posted is to the quick ID, which is usually enough!
John also has a more in depth ID if you explore his site.
Here's a link to the more in depth one in case you need it. Deeper

(quoted from post at 22:17:56 06/13/13) Where is the starter button on the 53 jubilee?
On the top of the transmission case, by the gear shifter.

BTW, it was in the same place on the '54 version AFIK.

There is the 1953 Jubilee and the 1954 NAA. Almost the same tractor other then year made and the emblems. Numbers should be just behind the starter on a flat spot unless an early Jubilee

My Jubilee had no numbers. Someone said the first Jub had the numbers on the engine, later on the flat spot near starter. If the engine was sent in for a rebuilt, the numbers may not be there.
