New holland 575 square baler

Got a new holland wire 575 square baler. Dang thing will bale @100 bales and then it will tie left bale perfectly but encompass 2 bales with the right wire. No signs of any clamp marks on the double bale loop. Any suggestions. Thanks

Check roller bearings in needles and bottom of bale case. p/n 646311. Check needle height and penatration when all the way up making twist.

Check needle height under baler when needles are in home position. I bet the tip of the RH needle is even to above the wire that goes between the frt & rear wire guides that bolt to bottom of bale case that needle tip is on each side of guide. If RH needle is too high lengthen the rod(a little) that attaches to needle frame on LH side to lower needles.

Thanks I'll check both suggestions! Think you got it fixed and
out comes 2 bales tied right on right side and doubled on left
what a pain!

2 bales with the wire looped around both of them indicates needle missed wire under the bale case and therefore didn't carry a wire up to the gripper.
