interesting setup on the dozer blade,i havent seen one of those, it sales a lot of piping and other pieces of having to run the lift cables to the front of the machine
 
i wouldnt count that dozer out as yard art yet...somebody's keeping a can on exhaust and rest of it looks as tho it has been used not too long ago.
 
Wheat Farmer, thanks for the pix! Especially the little crawler-never seen a rig like that before, looks like it uses a single acting hydraulic cylinder to push on a wire rope anchored at both ends to do the lifting/lowering? Cylinder extended=blade up/cylinder retracted=blade down (gravity)? Please post any further info on it if you would. Thanks again!
 

That dozer would take a real operator to run a grade with the blade as far out front as the tacks are long.
