Kubota L3240 Running Problems

I'm posting this message for my Dad, as he doesn't own a computer. He has a Kubota L3240 tractor that is a couple yrs old and 200 hrs on it. It started stalling awhile back. Mobile mechanic came out and said it was a fuel return line and replaced that. Doesn't stall anymore, but loses power big time when it gets to operating temp. Fuel filter has been changed and it has clean fuel. Of course its outside of warranty now. Any idea's? Thanks for any help.

My brother-in-law's Kobota started doing the same thing. He hauled it to the dealer, they messed around with it for about a week. Changed the fuel filter and put on a new fuel line. We had changed the filter a couple of times. Good old bio-diesel had gunked up the tank. Also he filled it with a can and probably got more gunk in the tank. Bottom line had to take the tank off and get steamed out. The dealer sent it back not fixed! When you get the tank cleaned out, get some conditioner and put it in every time you fill up. If you don't trust Walmart brands. (Howe's is good) Go to Mother Deere.

My brother's M 5000? I don't know if my numbers are right, acted up like that and the battery was on the weak side. It would mess with the electric fuel shut off and it wouldn't run right. I don't know alot about the Kubota's but it might be a place to start.

I would strongly suspect a restriction in the return line or the vent in the fuel cap stopped up. Have had a few that actually collapsed the fuel tank. Your problem is fuel supply that is for sure.
