756 IHC on a very heavy rear blade

I have this 756 IHC hooked up to a rear blade off of a Do Mor TRACTOR. Two cylinders to move blade from side to side and a cylinder on a tail wheel.
QUESTION---this blade does a great job on driveways as it is heavy enough to dig in and fill holes. A friend of mine runs the tractor for me and he says the tractor self adjusts for humps and bumps in the driveway with out him raising or lowering the 3 PT. There is a lever beside the 3 PT lever---Maybe Draft.

Is he correct?????????????

I don't think he's using draft control. The rear wheel would act like a road grader limiting how much it digs. 3 pt's just float and rely on the weight of the implement. Draft control is used more when an implement is constantly pulling in the ground, like a plow.
