Massey Harris 30 Carburetor

Can anyone tell me what the float setting spec is on my1951 Massey Harris 30 with a Marvel Schebler carburetor. Thanks.

Rule of thumb:
With the throttle body upside down, with the float resting on the needle/seat,
The float arm should be parallel to the casting.
Some would say the float chambers should be 1/4 inch from the casting, and that will work also.

yep, upside down, thats why its called "float level"

9/32" (without the gasket) is the correct setting for the Marvel on the MH-30. With gasket in place it is 1/4". Good luck.
