can anyone tell me what holds the synchronizer clutches in there drums the 2 front ones

The clutches are retained in the drums by the shifters(parts keys #13 #15)

my clutch plate on the front 2 drums come out and get between them

Either the drums or shifters have too much wear or probably both are worn excessively.

I don't have access to a 2010 service manual but I think you need to purchase one.

i have a service manual but its not that good do you no if you can split the tractor at the transmission without takeing the clutch houseing off the motor

Sounds as if you have an I&T manual which is not near as informative as the tech manual I listed. If you're going to attempt to repair the trans syncronizers it will be much easier for you if you get the JD tech manual. It's been a long, long time since I've seen one split but I'm fairly confident one can split the trans from clutch housing with clutch housing still attached to engine. I think the 2 bolts(parts key #27) must be removed through trans top cover hole.
