I have a B1750HST Kubota that I bought new in 1993. I have used it for 20 years and have had ABSOLUTELY NO problems of any kind with it. I have given it excellent maintenance and kept it inside. Aside from fuel, lubricants and filters I haven"t spent a nickle on it. Not so much as a fuse, light bulb or fan belt.
It is rated 20 HP (engine) and about 15 PTO IIRC. I use it to mow grass with a MMM and plow snow with a back blade. I do not have a loader.
Not sure if it is suitable for your intended tasks but mine has probably been the best substantial purchase that I have ever made.
Note: Hydrostat transmissions are not tolerant of poor maintenance. Failure to change oil and filters as recommended will lead to premature failures that can be cost prohibitive.
