Well, since Easter Sunday it has been below freezing, with snow squalls each day, until today. It finally made it to 51F today and things are looking like spring. Some flowers poked out in our gardens in front of the house, the sap started to run again, Robins are back, plus a couple of Harleys went by, and I started on my 2014 firewood supply for my house. We have made 201 gals, of light and medium amber maple syrup so far. This comming week we will see what we get and probably shut things down after that.

Yep, Monday threw Wednesday we had howling winds, and snow, warmed up nice here today. I lost my iPhone in Jim"s barn on Saturday. Finally found it at 8 o"clock that night, in front of the the cows were they eat there hay, phone got wet and died! I got a new one Monday, but lost all my info. Jim came back on Tuesday, I brought the cat home today, one day ill email u my new address. Lol! Never a dull moment!!!!!
 
Soo that's what bare ground looks like? haha

Still have 2-4 feet of snow on the ground UP here and now the weather folks are calling for 6-8" of new stuff tomorrow and then more rain and snow into next week. Looking like the ground will still be white in May this year.
