I cannot remember ever having met Swiss people on any of the YTMAG forums. I know of at least one classic tractor collector club in Switzerland, however.

If I remember correctly I saw one post from somebody over there about a Ford.My grandmother used to live in Bern in a house my great grandfather bought.She passed away about nine years ago.Per her will the house was sold.My mother is a Swiss national.

There's at least one on here from there because I've sold him original operators manuals off photo ads. Would have to look through my notes to find his name. Fun talking to him though. Also a gentleman from Austrailia who has bought and shipped back at least two containers of JD tractors/implements in the last two yrs.
 
My paternal G-grandfather and 2 brothers emmigrated in the 1880s.They settled in Kansas.Their name was 'Zbinden'.Was 'Americanized' to 'Spinden.
 
I sometimes wonder why I haven't change my nationality to Swiss.I was born in England and still hold my citizenship there.I have been in the US since 1966.We immigrated here 1 month short of my third birthday.I haven't been back to England since leaving but we are looking into the costs for next year.My mother would like to go back there and to Germany one more time.She is 77 years old and still gets around well.
