My uncle with one he'd just bought. That's my house in the background,many many years ago.
They're standing right where my tool shed is now.

I was told my Grandpa always had a team of high spirited biacks. I can remember staying with Grandpa and Grandma when I was little and Grandpa coming in the yard full gallop with the empty manure spreader. He named them Pissy and Nape. Course any horse to him was a "nape".
 
Yep,I'm sitting in it right now. It's been resided and has new windows,but other than that,it still looks the same.
 
Grampa had a pair of mules that he called Hee and Haw.
he uilt this adobe house in the 1930s for less than a $1000 it worth over $500,000 now.

I would love to see more pictures of the house Walt, if you have them. I would like to build an adobe house. I'm not sure how well it would hold up in Canada though.
