Update on the crud.

3 weeks to the day and I think I am going to make it.
Slept pretty well he last 2 nights and only took one dose of codeine cough syrup last night. Sinuses are cleared up. Many, many folks around here have had this for weeks.
Now, if it will dry up outside, I am ready to get the Irish taters in the ground.

Glad you"re feeling better - -I had similar crud and even with meds took 3-4 weeks to get over it.
Watch Out for smoke, strong chemicals, or real cold air that might irritate/inflame your sinus and lugs and cause a re-lapse!!

I am near the Ga border about 50 miles from Hiawasse. From the top of the hill, I can see GA and NC.

I had whatever it was most of November and December. Ruined the holiday season for me. I could not shake the congestion and coughing and had a low grade fever about half the time. It was the sickest I have been in years. I even took antibiotics to try to get rid of the sinus infection, which I almost never do. So you are not alone--it has been a bad season for lots of people all over the country.
