Colors are done,,,but how about a feature night?

Many have suggested a feature night, how about an implement that a lot of us have and get lots of use from.A trailer, wagon, cart ,dump trailer etc.? I know a lot of the posters on here have made some nice ones too. I bought this one when there was an auction at the bottom of the hill from our farm. The grandson bought the farm from his grandfather, and the family auctioned off all the equiptment. There were two auctioneers, and the grandson was buying everything he could afford. He wasnt near the wagon when it went to bid.I bought it and when I hooked up to it that night I said you only have to come next door to use the wagon anytime you want,He was happy,He drives buy each day on the way to work and sees his grandfathers wagon all painted up and in the shed.He did use it a few times too, everybody is happy.

or how about homemade implements/tractors/specialized trailers. We would get to see some interesting handiwork.

Specialized trailers tonight! Any trailer ,homemade or what have you, homemade implements and tractors is a great idea,You want it tomorrow night? Get some pictures ready!! thanks for the great idea

Interesting how regional differences in terminology vary.In our part of the country a two wheel is a trailer and a four wheel is a wagon. But found that when I lived in New York what I called a mower was a mowing machine there. Same piece of equipment.Just interesting.

A couple I use all the time....can't believe I don't have a picture of the 34' gooseneck with a load of hay on it!

This is my covered trailer , the canopy/hood is made of strong fibreglass and opens upwards on gas struts.. like a ladybird!
I had a restored Massey Ferguson 65 inside on this occassion as I was delivering it to the AGCO plant in France. At least the tractor was not covered in dead bugs when I got there! Our law does not allow us to tow any longer trailers nor can we tow the loads you guys do!

Larry, here it is!!!! is this the pic you were asking about? I found it! I recycled this old manure spreader into a wood wagon, paid $50 for the spreader, torched it apart, scrapped that metal, bought treated wood, bolts and paint! lol

Built this trailer last fall. When I closed the shop I had a lot of left over materiel and this is one of the trailers that was on the list to build from it. Still have 3 or 4 more left in the pile.

My brother and I built a three point mount forklift about 20 years ago, built from an old forklift boom. It will pick up more than the tractor will hold up, lifts the front end off the ground easy. I've used it for round bales, pallets of cement blocks, hauling logs out of the woods, moving 50 foot long barn beams, and if you lower it to the ground you can jack up buildings and mobile homes, to name a few things. I know it's not the best picture but the one I have on file.
