I have a case 1175 that I had the whole pto redone a year ago by case ih dealer it worked fine and was used a lot. I pulled my batwing bushog and hay mower with it all summer. About a month ago I was bushoging and it didn't want to cut off but if you put stress on it it would then finally stop now it runs all the time is their a adjustment or am I going to have to tare it down again btw it sat for about 2 month then started this thought it might be a valve or something but I don't know where to start

Sounds like the cable that controls the PTO valve is bad. Scroll down to the CASE forum, and repost with more info as to having someone move the lever while you watch the PTO control spool move.
The guys there will walk you through the whole issue.

Might have wore out the pto brake with batwing mower coasting. That is a lot of machine for a small break to stop. Would have been a good feature to have had a override on break when using equipment like this.
