Anybody know where to get diagrams for wiring and such on internet. Manual is over 70 bucks. Not top of line but like #3 from top. Blowing 20 amp fuse. Dealer says batt is shorted internally. Does not blow until switch is turned on. I cannot agree. Quad is up north. Will get to see it up close Saturday. Was running fine last week. Thanks for any and all info. Dave |

| Dave,
If I recall correctly, you and I are both from SE Lower Michigan..
I would get ahold of Jason Breitner at J&L powersports in Tecumseh, MI. Their number is 517-423-9559 He's a Polaris dealer, and he's always been great to dad and I.
Good luck,
Brad |

| | Mine has two switches - a key and a off/on/off slide switch. Does yours have two? Does it matter which switch is used? My key switch doesn't always shut off the engine so I just leave that one on permanently. Wondering if one switch is shorted. Also, lights on mine come on with either switch not with the engine. Is your the same way? Short in lighting? I am interested to see how it turns out for you. I don't envy you one bit. Although mine has worked for several months without fail, I hate that thing with a passion. I'd rather have to saddle a horse than deal with that thing. |
