You're all making me feel like the old guy at the airport wandering around looking worried. Somebody asked him what was wrong. He said his brother had been gone for 40 years, but he was coming home today. He didn't know if he'd recoginze the brother when he got there. The other fella said "do you think he'll recognize you?". The old guy thought a minute and said "well,I guess maybe he should,I haven't been anywhere".

That's me,I haven't been anywhere. I still live in the house I grew up in.

I live where I was born too. And all of the buildings except for the corn crib are still here and doing fine. But it's taken a lot of work and money to keep them up. The house has been added to a couple of times. The livestock and fences are gone and I have hay where the cattle yard was. The whole place drains directly into a creek so I don't expect to see livestock here again. Jim

I'm still on the same place, but no one would recognize it from when I was a kid. All the buildings are gone, replaced, except one, and it's so remodeled that it's origional purpose is no longer evident. Even some serious remodeling on some of the buildings my dad built in the '50s and '60s.
