Another tired barn.

I wonder if this one is still standing after this weeks winds.

Someone sure worked hard on that one. Wonderful lines and style. Too bad those old structures are no longer useful, and not maintained. Sad

A little roof repairs, or a re-roof at one time and that barn would still look good. And some paint would have been helpful also. Those round roofed barns are the best. Where in MN. is the barn.

Here's one I saw in Carthage, Mo., about a year and a half ago. Was there a few months ago and it had mostly collapsed. What a beauty it must have been in its day.

Had a 36x68 barn on our farm when we moved here-would have cost $10-12000 to put a new roof on it! Two years ago we pushed in a hole and burned it-Put up a 60x120 pole shed with 16 ft. sidewall-Now we have a building we can use. BEST THING WE EVER DID!!!!!!!

That barn is about a Quarter mile East of I 35, East of Rutledge. It really was something, gabled windows and all. Took this pic a few miles away the same day.
