When I took one of my my CDL tests, a guy like the ones you describe walked in to take a CDL test. He looked so cool in the black hat, sequins on the western jeans and shirt and boots. I kept an eye on him as he took his test, and he was flipping back and forth through the pages instead of progressing on in an orderly way. He did that for fifteen minutes and walked out, leaving the test on the desk. This plain old farmer here in work boots and a sweatshirt aced the test. Jim
