So what happened to the lawn mower class action? I filled out the claim form, included all the engine numbers, etc., used stamps,... now a couple years hence their phone number is no longer in service. Did someone run off with the funds?

probably timed out, last i heard was everybody got from 5 to 10 bucks, millions of lawn riders out there with false hp ratings, ive always wondered if these tin can riders were tested Nebraska tractor test style what the real rating would be, 'rated 26 hp, real rating 6?'

Pretty safe to say the lawyers got most of the
$$$ the companies got screwed and you got what you deserved.Plus the next time you buy a new mower you'll be paying for what the lawyers collected.Great System!

I think I got about $25 for my wifes JD. It still mows fine, even without the extra horsepower.

Had a customer that got an extra year warranty from-It was either Kohler or Briggs-on his engine. Had a special certificate from (he needed the extra warranty too, as that is how I learned about it.)

That's about what I got for my two. Far cry from the $75 ea. they were taking about when this all started. Friggin' lawyers!
