I think the govt. really needs to get together with the deer, the bear, the rabbits, the wild turkeys and the woodchucks and "negotiate" this whole thing before taking a rash actions.

You are correct on both counts, but it's also "Real Dumb" to vote on and pass a bill without reading it. I don't care if you are up against a deadline. It's up to the elected officials that bring the bill to the floor for a vote, to do so in a timely manner. If they don't have time to read it, they don't have time to vote. "No Tickey, No Washey"
