Was looking for another book and found this one

I did look at the copy write in it and yes old. Any guesses as to what year the copy write is in it. Notice the price on the cover. Some of the pictures in this book show mowers like I have never sen before but sure would like to own one just because they are so odd looking. One it shows is a riding lawn tractor as they call it that the mower is an old type reel mower set up but a ride on lawn tractor and it looks very odd compared to what you see now days

I would guess mid to late fifties, maybe early sixties, but I will stick with the fifties. I have a lot of old books on remodeling, how-to-fixit, etc. Most of the information in them is out of date now, but they still make interesting reading. Kinda like a history lesson.
 
I don't know - 59 seems late to still be in on the one car garage. They would have pictured a higher end home for a book - I would think it would have two garages by 1959. I think of one car garage as middle class during that time. Maybe the book isn't geared as high as I am thinking.

I am guessing closer to 1950.
