I guess you wanted a guy with a brand new Peterbilt with an equipment trailer to haul it for 50 cents a mile???

That U-Ship site is a joke. Usually below cost freight rates wanted.

One guy had a 20,000 lbs tractor wanted it shipped 600 miles and was willing to pay $500 or best quote to have it hauled. About laughed my butt off at that.

JD I had a friend go get a 10,000 lb tractor in western Neb for me. About 600 miles one way.

I paid for the fuel, provided the trailer, and paid for one night in a hotel.

He did it just to get away for a couple of days but I gave him $200 for his time and wear and tear on his pickup.

Total costs came to $650 when fuel was $2.50 a gallon.

Gary, IIRC that"s the tractor Allen found for you. Seems like he took the cab off it and put it on his 966, didn"t he?
