a few pictures from nj

I took a bicycle ride before it gets too cold, and took a few pictures,The first picture is hard to see,but it is a herd of deer I saw when I was riding down a side road.I like to ride to the north branch of the raritan river, its just in the little village not far from our house, took a picture of a few of the old houses in the village, thought SweetFeet might like to see them, The last two pictures are of the original dairy farm ,but it was sold in the 1960s our steet and the houses on it were a cow pasture until our developement was built, sometime in the 60s

My gt gt something Grandfather was the first American born Governor of NJ. It was a colony of GB back then. A friend who lives there took pictures of his monument for me.

Great photos Larry, I especially like the river scenes. All of the rivers in my area (Southern Nevada) are underground except during flash-flood stage.

Good composition and great lighting in that second river picture. Always enjoy your pictures.

I dont know how many there were,I was riding my bike, getting my camera out of my pocket, and they were running, what more could you ask of an old man,?... I sure didnt have time to count them! (lol)
