Karma it hits in strange ways. I was dating this girl she wasn't all but 110 pounds . Pretty nice gal but we didnt hit on all cylinders her being younger than me. Well anyway we were working at the same job and one night we were hanging out and it was late i asked if i could stay the night with her and i could drive her to work in the morning. I offered to sleep on the couch but she said i could sleep in her bed . I wasn't all that sleepy being in a different atmosphere and all but she fell right to sleep. Let me tell you and words can't describe the snoring sounds this tiny girl spewed out. It was literally amazing . Like a three hundred pound man with asthma ... Me being a light sleeper could do nothing but look at the ceiling and see that i wasn't going to get much sleep at all. After an hour or two i had finally slipped out of the bed and away from the beast to the hard floor where i found some of her dirty clothes for some sort of pillow and finally fell asleep. Next day at work , of coarse i had to tell some of my buddys of this mess. The fact she didnt warn me, and where i slept made this story even funnier for them. After that i just kinda stopped talking to the girl , we were not meant for each other lets just say. Fast forward a few months and i'm looking for a really good purebred labrador retreiver. Found her in michigan and paid dearly for her champion bloodlines. Got her home and fell in love of coarse. But every time she would sleep i'll be goshed darn if the little thing didnt snore . Called the breeder to question the health of her. She couldn't say much being in michigan and me in ohio. But you know what shes full grown now and snores to beat heII .... Sometimes so loud i have to wake her up... So i got stuck with a snore but i love her to death ... |

| You didn't pay for the expensive bloodlines, you paid for all the paper it took to write that name! Beautiful dog, but it is amazing how many animals snore. |

| Thanks shadetree . She's wonderful. You pay for the english bloodlines which are pure . They are much calmer and i think smarter than the labs bred here in america . |

| | Whooeeee - now that's a $20 name! She's a beautiful dog! We have a lab mix (mutt) that is the same color. She's an outside dog. Don't think she snores, but she might. . . |

| | I can't tell you if any of the house pets snore. The reason being the wife already has the windows rattling like we have a hurricane in the house. LOL. She even snores under her CPAP mask. The doctor told me I was crazy that no one could do that. HE changed his tune after her recent sleep test. LMAO Several years ago we went on a vacation and took her sister alone. OMG them two had me sleeping in the car. They would get going and it sounded like stereo chainsaws. I am not joking about the car. Slept there two nights straight. Finally got my own hotel room. |

| Two of our cats snore, but its not very loud. Since the cats are not allowed in the bedroom, they don't keep us awake. |

| | After starting out talking about your love life, and seeing pictures of the dawg, I was a bit skeptical about reading the entire post...:<0 We have a 6 pound Maltese/Yorkie mix that'll rattle the windows. Of course the wifey has to have it sleeping at the foot of our bed where it keeps me awake half the night. 3 Labs sleep in the utility room, and they don't make a sound. I'm considering joining them. |

| We've got a 6 pound Chihuahua that somebody dumped on us. He's now part of the family, but when he lies on his back at night in a blanket, he'll snore louder than most adults. Usually, a little belly scratch will temporarily stop it though. I wonder if he's doing it on purpose.... |

| Our old cat snores, if you can call it that, more like whee, whee, whee. But now Bubba, our dog, he can get downright loud sometimes. Then there's the gas-------. |

| I would call that girl back. It's not her fault that you are a light sleeper. Nice dog too. |
