Years ago, when I was a kid (and that WAS years ago,) we had an incident that spoiled a lot of hunters chances since then. Anyway, hunters opened a gate in a woven wire fence to let their dogs through, and failed to close it. Cows got into fresh green corn - several got sick with bloat, and we lost a couple. Milk production suffered big time. If he was still alive, I"d tell you to ask my dad. He"d give you an earful!. That was a pretty big loss for a small farmer in the "50s, just trying to get established in farming.
Any hunters allowed to hunt this place are by invitation only. Just tell them son and I will be hunting, and anyone else on the place becomes a safety issue.
