Front Wheel Removal from a CC Case

I have a CC Case with cast weights inside the front rims. I have removed the lugs (3) but the wheels will not come off. Is it necessary to remove he wheel bearing cover?

Yes. PLEASE BE CAREFULL! Those front wheels weigh about 160 to 175lbs each. I also pulled the wheel bearing nut to remove
