Way Old Lincoln Buzz Box Manual

A while back (OK a long while back) someone posted part of a Lincoln buzz box manual on how to unfreeze water lines with the welder. Where could I find this manual? I have Google searched and cannot find the manual. The manual is probably from the 50’s. While I am not interested in unfreezing a water line I am interested in using an old welder as an adjustable power source. Does anyone know of a source for this?

Lincoln used to make what was called a Linc-thaw
for thawing frozen pipes that you hooked up to a
welding machine. It wasn't available in Canada
because it wasn't CSA approved. The AC 225 used to
have a circle around the 75 amp setting because
the duty cycle could be exceeded, on this setting
only, for thawing pipes. Using a welder to thaw
pipes is very hard on the machine. It's a direct
short and has caused several fires from thawing
pipes. I would guess that's why they quit making
them. For a manual, look on the lincoln site for a
Linc-thaw manual or possibly an AC 225 model a few
years older.

My old Lincoln 225 has a mark on the 75 amp setting indicating 100% duty cycle. may work ok at that setting. Years ago our local welder had a big gas engine powered Lincoln that he used to thaw our chicken house water line many times.
