Are you talking about winter or summer squash? You have to let the winter ones mature so they will store well over winter.

Fiance and I just picked 120 acorn squach last week. Love backed squash with butter and brown sugar. MMM mmmm good. Been experiment with other recipes for squash

Just made a jar of sweet pickles made with green zuchini.Zuchini makes the best sweet relish ever.You will never go back to the sour store relish.
