Way OT.. Has Anyone Tried This?

Thanksgiving is coming up and my son is hosting.. He brines the bird and is going to cook it on his Traeger. The question he has is: How would it be if he injected it with the broth from a can of chicken noodle soup as opposed to regular broth? Too salty maybe, or just plain good?
 
It's a Smoker/BBQ. You put pellets made from hickory, oak, apple, etc. into a hopper that automatically feeds them into the chamber by way of an auger, the amount of which is determined by the temperature you set. It's great. The kids bought me one for my 64th birthday last February.

I wouldn't use chicken noodle soup. I agree with GordoSD, use Swanson's or some other just chicken broth. Even chicken bullion is too salty. A little butter wouldn't hurt either.
