I've seem a few posts before on how to load tires with fluid. Since I had to change a tire I thought I'd post how I do mine.
The drill pump removes the fluid if the tire/tube is damaged enough to not allow just blowing the fluid out. (Yes I know the stem needs to on the bottom. I just put it on there for the the top pic.}
The utility pump pumps it back in and quite fast. I do have to stop filling a few times to let air out.
