I'm still at least a week away. Trying to finish up hay this week. Never had so much on the ground at one time as I had before I started baling this afternoon. Chance of rain before I'm gonna have time to get it all,but after the way they cried wolf all last week,I'm not too concerned.

matt, we finished the early planted (april 20/21) corn saturday just before the deluge. the late stuff (after 1st cutting) needs another couple weeks. the stuff we chopped eared up great, just a little shorter than usual. yours looks quite tall.

Yeah bill one more day on the early corn. Then we shut down for at least 10 days. For the most part we are happy with yields. Rocky areas and gravel knolls are kinda pathetic but the real nice river bottom ground is looking good.
