i went to look at a 706ih with a loader on it today. tractor and loader look ok but the rear tires are junk. are these cheaper/ez'r to find they the larger sizes?

All tires are expensive. My buddy got a great deal on 2 of the 18.4 x 34 because no one had wanted them. I guess it is a crap shoot.

Our 1066 uses them they are big and heavy look around for a used set with good thread. My case has 18.4 X 30 they are $600 each.

"Cheap" ones for me were $750/ea plus tubes and installation.
I found a set of 75% duals for sale on Craigslist for $100 and swapped the tires!

Just the opposite over here in Ohio ya can find 18.4x38's but not the 34's as i need a set for my 806 . Just about ready to spring for the 38 inch center and put 38's on as a new set of Stones in the super all trac will be just shy of 1100 not counting tubes and fluid and mounting . Wish i was in Nb. i would stock up.

I may end up not getting them local either I asked earlier this year about 18.4/34 Firestone SAT II my local tire shop wanted $1400 ea. for bias and $1900 ea. for radials. We put a pair on the 2950 deere a couple years ago the left 6 mo. before the right. 800 for the left and 900 for the right. If they can be had for a lot less than that elsewhere I will go elsewhere I guess. It's like taking a shower with Jerry Sandusky geez.

Brother purchased some new that size sight unseen and they have fewer lugs then the more expensive. He just told the dealer to come and put on a set of new tires.
