Nice three day rain!!

Wanna get more pizzed off? I'm 40 miles west of him,I got 5.6. Gonna have to do a whole bunch of bedding in the finishing barns. Cattle are swimming even though I got the manure out of the feedlots between showers Thursday.
 
You're either going to have to move your farm to the east side of Lake Michigan or move Lake Michigan to the west side of your farm. (;>))
 
Actually that dammed lake usually stops the rain this time of year. Ironically,all of this rain spun back FROM the east off of Saginaw Bay.
 
Yes. I watched that on radar. It had been spinning over Wis just before and, even though we had been praying for rain, we began to wonder when it would stop. Then it moved your way. A gigantic counter clockwise flowing system that picked up and dropped off moisture, lots of it. 2.6" here.
 
So were we. Never saw anything like it. I've heard of a million dollar rain,but this one was a 5.6 million dollar rain.
 
Naaaw, only 3.2 million here. Was planning to cut hay Friday, somehow it didn"t work out. Didn"t even venture out today.... Unfortunately, if I cut Sunday, I have too short a window to get it baled before tne next scheduled rain.
