Last weekend it was over 100° outside and and I decided to find something to do down by the pond where I could play in the water. I ended up riggin' up my rake with a sling that I gracefully learned the chunk and pull hydrilla out of my pond.
I was just trying to cut a few lanes so that the catfish could feed easier and before long I had a pile of hydrilla sitting on the bank.
So I loaded some up and hauled it to a few trees I had in the far ends of the yard and it seems to work pretty good. Mats well and after googling it, seems to have some beneficial nutrients for the trees. Takes a while for it to break down which makes for a decent mulch in the mean time. soooo...
