Canning again today but can not decide on which

Well I have a few gal bags of tomato's that I need to can but I also have cabbage that needs to be picked and canned so not sure which to do first. Have a recipe here I want to try out with the cabbage. It is Pickled Red Cabbage so thinking about do that first. But on the other hand I have been picking about a gallon of tomato's per day.

I would do tomato canning first, if they are ripe and ready. Seems like cabbage will hold up a few extra days, whether still in the garden or stored in the refrigerator.

I would make the cabbage into kraut before canning.

I do not have the crook pots and all that it takes to do that and having to let it sit for days is also very hard to do since with it being so hot and dry out dust is getting every where no matter what.
