One of the round baler door hinge's zerk quit taking grease (M&W 1500 baler). Removed zerk, installed a new one-no work. put old zerk on grease gun, grease shot right through it. Took zerk out, ran a small wire around-nothing came out but clean grease. Filled zerk hole with Kroll & krolled hinge sides about once a day for three days. Replaced zerk & still won't take grease. Now what? |

| Pull the pin, make sure the bushing hasn't spun. If it has and has a groove you can just re-drill the hole through the bushing. Probably just totally caked with grease and dirt though and a good cleaning will fix it. |

| If there's room, put a pipe nipple in the zerk hole, fill with kroil, every time you walk by it. Put a cap on it to keep dirt out. I used this method to free up a suspension fitting, on a rubber tracked loader, took about 6-8 weeks, till I smelled the Kroil seeping out! |

| I run a small drill bit in the hole that the zerk screws into and usually come out with caked dirt |
