Me and me obsession with rocks, granite, boulders.
Last week the ailing power assisted steering on the 4500 quit completely after I hauled some boulders out of the woods and placed them at the end of the driveway.
Then a couple of days ago, my lower back around the tail bone went ZING!
I had not had bad any sciatica in over 15 years. Once in a awhile it would start to act up a little but some stretching and some rest and I was good to go.
This time I screwed it up real good. Lifted some granite rocks. One was too big. Managed to get it where I wanted it. End of driveway looks great!
But next day I bend over to do something and ZING. Can't stand up.
The short of it is a bought a IronMan1000 inversion table on Craigs list and while it does give immediate relief, it is not a cure. After stretch upside down twice a day for 10 minutes I can function as long as I do not over do it. Over did it yesterday doing yard work after about a week over recovery and ZING. Right back where I started.
