had a stroke about a month ago

Glad you are doing this good. I too had a stroke in sept of last year. Surprised 3 doctors by even being alive. Slowed me down considerably but still hanging in there. Back to driving and mowing with the tractor and lawn mower even though i have numbness and weakness on the left side. Grateful i can walk, talk and not wearing a diaper. Proverbs 17:22.
 
Praying you have a full recovery. My Dad never regained his speech nor any feeling in his right side.
 
Doug I have missed your posts, I get in your area twice a week and have seen your car on the route but not lately. Best wishes and a speedy recovery.
 
Prayers sent for a good recovery. Wonderful that you can type and keep in touch with folks on this forum. Keep as positive a mind-set as you can. Do your best in physical therapy.
 
Hang in there. I recovered (long story) where I was unable to walk. Hope you have good doctors.
 
Give it a try any time you want to try. If they can read my typing pet they will be abel to read yours.. Glad you are doing better.

Had a "TIA" back about 12 years ago but haven't had any recurring symtoms.

Had one over 20 years ago, lost my left side. Don't let anyone tell you, You cannot recover. Nothing came easy for me but if they ask me to do it 5 times, I did it 15. So hang in there!!!!!!
