Are you planning on using it as a vacation getaway or plans to move there?

If we buy down there,we'll move. That one kind of caught my eye,but I think I want something bigger to be honest. Found a 72 acre farm down by Bulls Gap that I like too. Might head down there early July when the hay is all in the barn to have a look around. We'll see how it works out.

I'm all for bigger. Land is so broken up around here it's hard to get any additional land that's connected to what you already have. Price increases dramatically when you ask around your neighbors it seems. I asked the guy I work with about Eidson he didn't know anything. He lived in Bulls Gap but had been transplanted there. What part of the country do you call home now? You might be interested in some S.W Virginia property not very far from where your looking maybe in Yuma, Blackwater, Duffield area? The last I looked in classifieds there was some river property south of Kingsport about 20 mins in Hawkins county.
