weekend in PA

My nephew was in the area ,so he stopped by and stayed overnight sat,helped plant some peppers ,tomatoes and squash. He took some pictures of the tiller working. When I was cutting the lawn he went down to the pond and did some fishing,he caught 5 nice bass ,I came down and took a picture of 1. All thats left to plant now is pumpkins,and turnips. I have to try to guess when to plant the pumpkins,I always plant the turnips august 6 for a fall crop,It was such a clear day, I took another picture of the view from up ontop of the field

your right! she likes lettuce,and likes to cook dishes with squash,we planted spagetti ,yellow summer,zucchini,half yellow/half green,pattypan,acorn,and butternut,we have lettuce ,swiss chard and spinach in raised beds for her.

Have you tried any rainbow chard? Really adds some neat color to the garden. Tastes the same as Swiss.

I like swiss chard even better than spinach,but we grow the spinach too,to eat raw in salads
