o-ring

I am looking for a round cut o-ring 7/8 OD x 5/32 thick. Can anybody help?

Not sure what you want whether it is a lathe cut or square cut ring you want but this place will have what you need.

Don't know about the exact thickness but CAT uses alot of square cut rings on their hydraulic systems.

I would check with a competent auto parts supplier. Many have sources of ready made parts of that type.

Are you sure it's 5/32? 1/8 and 3/16 are more "standard".

(or perhaps that's why you're here asking?)

If by chance it's a 7/8od x 1/8" cross section you need I'd gladly mail you some.

That's the problem. The thin ones are easy to find. It is 5/32 thick.

They have a minimum of $25 + $10.80 for S&H. For one o-ring!
