long fiat ?

I've been hunting for a definite answer, but can't find one. Can anyone confirm the relation between a Fiat 450 and a Long 445? They appear to be very similar even though they came from opposite sides of the old stone wall.

The Long 445 is a Universal (UTB Universal Tractorul Brasov) tractor made in Brasov, Romainia. It is a licence built Fiat 450.
Univeral made tractors under licence from Fiat. Long owned 20% of Universal. Later on Universal made older Fiat designs and they were sold by Fiat as Fiat tractors, there is one of those not far down the road from me it is designated a Fiat R450 DT, the Fiat built tractors are just a 450 DT.

It"s interesting to look at pictures of a Fiat 450, Long 445, Oliver 1255, and AC 5040.
