Got to try this again; Last night I tried to post some pics drom a couple of pork butts my son and I smoked for over 7 hours on my new Traeger smoker. Hope they come through this time

I made the same thing a few weeks ago, north Carolina pulled pork, with vinager sauce and Cole slaw on top! Boy it's good,
 
Now in St.Louis , we slice that pork butt into 1 inch thick steaks and then smoke them over the oak and hickory. It doesn't take the 7 hours to have the same flavorful results.
