Noticed you post in response about voltage regulation. I have an internal regulator for a delco that is made in a way that I could open it. Inside is only two parts very small sealed with tar. According to Hal Linsely publications of alternator secrets a regulator can be made by a formula in the booklet. My problen is what he is refering to just as well be in greek as to my ability to understand his formula. Possibly would you work with me on making a regulator from this split unit to fit internaly in the delco alternator? Others reading this are also welcome to respond. My experence with the electric vehicle shows for farm types like me the best platform to build from would be an underpowered ranger or s10 retaining the orgional power plant and adding my forklift motor by belt to the drive train using electric clutches . This could save expensive high amp controllers. Thank you and all others for any input. Bill
