poly feed bins?

Neighbor is selling a bunch of stuff on Craigslist, including a 4-ton capacity poly feed bin. (northern WI CL - search for Ladysmith if you want to see the ad) Was thinking it might be nice to upgrade my Dad's 2-ton steel bin, since he's raising twice as many steers now as when he got the 2-ton. But I was wondering how good they are... seems like I heard stories of spoiled feed in them because of condensation? Anyone here have any firsthand experience with them? Thanks.

I have several and I like them much better than the steel ones. I have not ever had any condensation problems. They also are more water tight that the steel ones. I like being able to see the feed level too. Just be careful hitting them when they are cold. I have one with a hole in it because my son hit it too hard when it was zero.
