Pictures on Craigs list

When you put in the ad, craigslist gives you the option to upload as many as four pictures from your computer.

The pictures have to be copied from the camera to your computer.

You have to know what directory they are stored in on your computer. Usually it's a folder called "My Pictures."

There will be a screen with four red circles on it, and a button labeled "Browse" under each red circle. Click on each Browse, then locate the picture you want to add.

It's really simple, and takes less time to figure out than I took to explain it.
 
One secret that will make it faster and easier. Keep a cheap (ie. less detail) camera. The reall good cameras that take high resulition photos take longer to upload and some time will time out before they upload.
 
If you see the word "Browse" it usually takes you to "My Documents". That's the way it's here on this forum when you use the Advanced Posting Tools when posting pics on the forums. If you try it and it takes you to My Documents and your pictures are stored on "My Pictures" just use your mouse to click on the picture and then drag them over to the word My Documents and they will download to My Documents. Just below the box you explain what your selling in is a box marked add image or some such thing. You click on that then it comes up with 4 spots to add a pictures. The picture has to be in your computer some place like in your picture area to do it but I have done it a few time and it is easy to do.
 
I just tried it and you click on "Browse" and it took me me to "My Documents" where my pictures are stored. Hal
 
My problem putting a picture on is that browse no longer comes up and I have to circumvent that in other ways.
