Sounds like you are going to nursing school. If
the nurses are only making $25K in your area they
really need to move. Starting around here is $30
to 35K. I can work all the OT I want in fact if I
don't do 10 hours a week boss pushes for more. 6 figures is not uncommon. The oil field area of
North Dakota just brought in 120 nurses from the Philippians because the could not hire enough.
Don't want to move most hospitals have what the
call the Baylor program where you work 2 or 3 12
hour shifts every weekend. They pay full benefits. Nurses go to the hospital stay in hotel
rooms for a night or two work their shifts then go
back home.
