OT Computer problem

I need someone from the geek squad to help with an email problem.
This just started a week ago when I deleted some programs from another user that used to be on this computer.
I use Outlook for email. All of a sudden I am not able to open any hyperlinks. I get an error message that says " operation has been canceled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your systems administrator" That is me but I can't find anything in any help programs thatdiscusses hyperlinks.
I did delete some AVG files from the other ex user files.
 
I'm no pc guy, just mac for me, but it sure sounds like you may have deleted some system preferences that the old user had set up.


I'm thinking go into the system preferences and look for something that will allow you to open links.

Just guessing for ya though. :wink:
 
Use system restore to get the e-mail back then you can work on the things you want removed.Do one at a time and you may find which "remove" affects the o/e.
Warning.. I know b..all about computers but that is my approach.
No guarantees..
 
Used the "fix it for me feature" and I'm back in business. Thank God I could open links from here. Thanks for the help. I added the site to my FAVS.
