He came through the surgery great! Now we just have to wait to be sure it wasn't cancer.

I'd have posted sooner but I had to drive into town and tell my MIL/FIL.
FIL is 78 and poor health so I wanted to do that in person.

Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prays.

I'll keep everyone updated as I get the more info.

I was wondering also. Just because you don't always
see replies to the prayer requests doesn't mean

Excellent! Good to hear! He will be up and aroundvery soon. I had and 1/2 my head opened, walked out of the hospital 48 hours later. Amazing stuff.

OK a little more info. Guess when he woke up he didn't like the tubes in his arms and the tape on his head and fopught with the nurses to try to get them off. So they have decided to sedate him for 48 hours to allow things to heal up a bit.
